Data controller

Your personal data is processed by DigiRise as the data controller. For any question or request about this notice, write to info@digirise.tr.

What data do we process?

• Contact form and the request form in Bit: your name, email address or phone number, company name (optional), project type and your message. When you leave a request through Bit, the chat history is attached to it. If you arrived from a Google ad, the ad click ID (gclid).
• Bit digital assistant: the messages you write in the chat, the replies, the page where the chat started and message times.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, kept in server logs and briefly to prevent abuse.
• Cookies: advertising and measurement cookies used by the Google Ads tag, only if you consent (details below).

Why, and on what legal basis?

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• To answer your questions through Bit and improve the assistant. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• To measure the results of our ad campaigns. Legal basis: your explicit consent (cookie consent). Without consent, these cookies are not used.

Who do we share data with?

We don't sell your data or add it to marketing lists. Data is only shared with the parties below, to provide the service:

• Google (Google Ads): for ad measurement, if you have given cookie consent. When you submit the form, your email address is sent in hashed form by the Google tag for enhanced conversion measurement.
• DeepSeek: messages you write to Bit are sent to DeepSeek's AI service to generate a reply. This service is located outside Turkey, so please don't share personal data with Bit.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you click a WhatsApp link, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.

Contact form messages are stored on DigiRise's own email server.

How long do we keep it?

• Contact form messages: up to 2 years after the conversation about your request ends.
• Bit chat records: up to 12 months; older records are deleted automatically.
• Server logs and abuse limits: briefly, only as long as technically needed.

Cookies

Information the site needs to work (such as your cookie choice and an open Bit chat) is stored only in your own browser and doesn't require consent.

The Google Ads tag uses cookies to measure how many inquiries our ads bring in. These cookies are only enabled if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you decline, Google receives cookieless, anonymous signals and no advertising cookie is set.

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
